As phase II assessments are complete, please share them electronically with your child's teacher. A simple picture on your phone will suffice. You do not need to turn in paper copies if you have been sharing assignments electronically with your child's teacher.
For students who will be returning assessments on paper, please return them to Laurel Meadow Elementary School (LMES) in the bins that will be outside the front entrance on the dates below. The bins will have folders with your child's teacher's name. This will enable us to more efficiently return assessments to your teachers.
- May 15 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- May 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- May 29 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We will also have boxes or bins for students to return library books or classroom library books during three days above. If the books are from the classroom library, please place in a Ziploc baggie with the teacher's name on the bag. Library books will have a barcode, and you should return them in the library book bin.
Year-End Supply Pick-Up Information
Students and/or parents/guardians may come to LMES to pick up school supplies and/or any personal items according to the schedule below. We will also be giving out yearbooks at this time as well. Items will be in a bag with each student’s name. Pick up will take place in the parent drop-off loop. If you are unable to drop off library books, classroom library books, and textbooks in May, please return them at this time. We will have items on the parent drop off loop in alphabetical order on the following days:
- June 3: Students with last names beginning with A–B from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- June 4: Students with last names beginning with C–F from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- June 5: Students with last names beginning with G–K from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- June 8: Students with last names beginning with L–N from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- June 9: Students with last names beginning with O–Si from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- June 10: Students with last names beginning with Sm–Z from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- June 11: All items not picked up on previous days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
